The mid-terms main message was that American living costs are intolerably high. Who disputes this? Here's the deal. If you want to see an American future where newly remade 20+ (patent-expired) vehicles and machinery are made in America and available legally for purchase in America, that will only happen if there are books on the market place advocating this. Help get this book to market. Prior to 1970, big ticket items were half the price they are today, measured against the ratio to the median worker's income. This book, using 11 AI engines (all of whom tested concur on the main reason), including legal AI engines, tells you why and how the answer is something a small group can make happen -- we do not need a new amendment; we do not need a new law; the US Constitution already gives us this right, we just need to challenge the violation of two clauses in the Constitution in court -- something overlooked until I had 11 AI engines examine the constitution against the post-1970 regulatory state set of rules. Don't take my word alone on it, you can run the exam yourself. You can ask the foreword author, @GordMagill. Stop complaining ineffectively. We won't solve this problem at the voting booth. 11 AI engines all agree on the plain remedy given.

When Barcelona Guitar Trio faced off against Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean," they didn't stop at just reinterpreting a pop classic; They played it four people at a time on a single guitar.

Tucker is a controversial guy as of late but every once in awhile he has a subject matter expert on (ask me how I know lol) and this particular presentation on energy is well worth your time to listen, a real masterclass in the realities of our hydrocarbon world.

Lots of people talk about the failure to address the affordability crisis and one way to do that is to break the EPA/US DOT regulatory wall that prevents competition from remanufacturing of patent expired goods promised to us in the Constitution cc @RoleighMartin

As long as the right, including its think tanks, ignore the massive damage done to Congress in its 1970 legislative reorganization act, Congress is hopeless. teapawt.org/RoleighMartin/status/1… 80 times in its history prior to then, it was able to pass a national budget where the subsequent fiscal year showed its outstanding national debt was lower than it was an exact fiscal year prior. This has not happened since 1957. Download the historical dataset at the US Fiscal Treasury data site.

Hey DHS - it’s more than tens of thousands of illegal CDL holders, and the seeds of the problem go back decades. Read more about how the American Truck Driver was displaced from his own job and the industry turned to ratshit in my book - link below for purchase.
OPERATION GUARDIAN In a 72-hour, 15-state operation targeting illegal aliens with unauthorized CDLs and other public safety threats in the trucking industry, we arrested over 230 illegal aliens—including over 40 CDL holders who have been removed from our roads. Too many American lives have been lost because sanctuary states have issued CDLs to tens of thousands of illegal aliens who are unqualified, poorly vetted, do not speak English, and have known criminal histories. Under the leadership of @POTUS Trump and @SecMullinDHS, @ICEgov is committed to eliminating CDL fraud and making American roads SAFE AGAIN.

If truckers would read the constitution, they'd know that these old manual-shift trucks can be newly made again. It's in Jefferson's Bargain (Article I, Section 8, Clause 8). Gord knows this -- I'm talking about a lot of his audience not Gord -- he's on spot! teapawt.org/RoleighMartin/status/2…
If these were mandated in all trucks instead of ELDs, the trucking industry would be in a very different position today. I know it, you know it, we all know it - the automatic transmission was a gate thrown open to the least competent and least capable amongst us.

Another great read from Roleigh - somehow Roleigh always taps into complex topics in a way you can get and verify quickly 👌
Only 13 percent of Americans surveyed are sure that patents are in the Constitution at all. And 70 percent of Americans do not know the difference between a patent, a trademark, a copyright, or a trade secret. Not knowing this enables lobbyists to maintain prohibitions against remanufacturing after all the involved patents expire, despite the Constitution's guarantee remakes can be done. It doubles our cost. 💰 I had to use AI to fully uncover this. AI used expertly and focused on liberty can be MAGA's best friend, unfortunately few of the MAGA leaders use this to look at the Constitution and the laws in existence now. Spread the word. 🧵

Last week someone hit the Charlie Kirk Memorial Highway sign here in Boone County, Kentucky with black spray paint and graffiti. Local responders got out here and cleaned it up before the weekend so it’s back the way it should be. You can try to erase the name off a sign, but you can’t erase what happened or what it stands for. Understandably, so many people do not believe the official narrative of the Charlie Kirk assassination, but this is pure evidence that there is still a base of left-wing radicals who believe anyone to the right of them is a Nazi or fascist.

🚨🚨🚨🚨As promised, here is my article about how the left's lawfare is going to turn into actually KILLING us conservatives if left unchecked. Don't need to believe me, believe the reputable @EagleEdMartin for pointing this out and making the case. I expand on it a bit more - what they are doing to Ed and other former Trump attorneys including @DrJohnEastman and @JeffClarkUS is just the beginning. If they can't take us out through lawsuits, prosecutions, disbarments, etc., they will resort to assassinations, just like they did to Charlie Kirk and attempted to do to @realDonaldTrump and @elonmusk. Thanks to one of the earliest targets of barfare, former Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas @SummerbrookCEO for fleshing out this article for me (and frankly, he is such a Harvard Law educated brilliant writer that HE should have written it, not me, but he actually has a family with four children so doesn't have the bandwidth). townhall.com/columnists/rach…

Rep. Thomas Massie just called out how Congress has worked only nine full days between July 1 and the election. He used an old parliamentary rule to get floor time and give the speech on the ninth day—after Johnson canceled weeks of votes right before the midterms. This isn’t about campaigning. Johnson keeps shutting the House down to block a vote on the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Republicans in the Trump administration are blatantly running cover for Jeffrey Epstein’s friends.

Important Info: Research has found that the bacteria behind chronic gum disease, especially one called P. gingivalis, can travel from inflamed gums into the bloodstream and even reach the brain, where scientists have detected it in the brains of Alzheimer’s patients. The chronic, body-wide inflammation that gum disease fuels is itself tied to faster cognitive decline. 👉 In other words, the mouth and the brain are more connected than we ever realized. Additionally, not just alzheimer’s, but other health conditions such as cardiovascular disease, lung issues, obesity, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, colorectal cancer. Pathogenic, oral bacteria cause direct infections in the mouth and contribute to numerous systemic diseases when they spread through the bloodstream, saliva, or lower respiratory tract. And the good news? It’s preventable! 👏 Flossing, brushing your teeth twice a day, seeing the dentist all are prevention. There are also oral probiotic lozenges available to build greater colonies of healthy, oral bacteria and crowd out the pathogenic bacteria.

We need to restore the constitution patent clause. It has become endless
Imagine an America where the two words at the heart of the Constitution’s Patent Clause were honored. Those two words are “limited Times.” They are the bargain. The Founders gave Congress the power to grant an inventor a temporary monopoly on what he invented; when the time was up, every American had the right to remanufacture the invention freely. The design entered the public domain the way the Founders promised — and stayed there. The judicial remedy that produces this America is operationally simple: a grandfather exemption under which a remanufactured product built on a public-domain platform is held to the federal safety and energy-efficiency standards in effect during the platform year the remanufactured product mimics — the same standards the original product was certified to, and the same standards Americans drove, farmed with, and lived with at the time. A 2005-platform pickup truck remanufactured today meets the 2005 National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) safety standards and the 2005 Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) emissions tier; a 1999-platform tractor meets the 1999 standards. Certification runs through independent engineering bodies on the Underwriters Laboratories model rather than through federal-agency control. In this mirror-universe America, faithful to the Constitution, the dealerships, contractor offices, and hardware-store shelves carry products built on long-expired patent designs. if this happens, it will be thanks to liberty oriented writers and editors accepting the use of legal AI engines showing how the regulatory state can be challenged for taking away the expired patent commons that involves cars, trucks, motorized equipment and appliances, plus the old fashioned, healthiest incandescent light bulb.

@RoleighMartin is right: ideas deserve a fair hearing, not a gatekeeper’s permission. This is what happens when you don’t ask for it.

Exactly. Ideas deserve a fair hearing, not a gatekeeper’s permission. @RoleighMartin Roleigh’s fight isn’t only about patents. It’s happening in publishing too. The Big 5 establishment looked the other way on Life in Woke America. Too uncomfortable. Too outside the approved narrative. It reached readers anyway, and they answered: a Hot New Release, 2x Amazon bestseller, Top 3 on Goodreads Listopia, and award-winning. It’s a novel about one American family living through the pandemic years, when questions got you labeled and silence got you rewarded. Plenty of people lived that story. New York’s big houses just didn’t want to print it. Let readers decide. Don’t bury a book because its view is uncomfortable or its author isn’t an insider. And don’t judge a book by its title. Name the last conservative novel the Big 5 bet on. I’ll wait. 👇 #LifeInWokeAmerica #TexasAuthors #CASA #FosterCare @Rosemar85203249 @audiobookrecs @CalanHunterPhD @motorcycles_4 @Portia72307 @MiekeBush @SpaceTomatoesPC

🚨🚨🚨🚨As promised, here is my article about why "widespread fraud" was never the legal standard in election lawsuits until 2020, and I extensively go over the few honest judges' rulings after that who stuck to the real law - which is that mere long lines at polls is enough to overturn elections. It's so embarrassing as the former Maricopa County Elections attorney and prosecutor reading the fake news' articles about this. They have no idea how much actual lawyers find their articles embarrassing. I am ashamed for my profession which has been overtaken by partisans on the left who have destroyed the practice of law and turned it into nothing but a way for the left to steal elections. Thought it would be useful to get this out there before the election lawsuits start over the inevitable fraud this election, which we all know is coming. Not letting the corrupt judges off the hook this time (it always comes down to blackmail, usually over sexual affairs, or follow the money). townhall.com/columnists/rach…
