Any good books out there on how to deal with unreasonable union reps? The balance between giving in or holding firm is quite draining...
Tell me there are lots of really sane and sensible colleagues out there who, despite not agreeing with their union reps, just let them proceed to raise the most ridiculous "concerns" claiming they are representing all members?
Anyone else ever feel like Rudyard Kipling wrote the first stanza of 'If' intended for Headteachers? I often hear the first 4 lines in my head doing this job!

Is there such a thing as a platform like CPOMS but for staff incidents. I appreciate this sounds a bit big brother but I think the records would safeguard everyone

On the tube yesterday sat opposite a YP approx 15/16 with her drugged up mum. She kept telling her mum to fix up and saying she wouldn't stay with her tonight. Mum kept replying ill fix up tomorrow in between vaping.. daughter was so embarrassed. 1/2
