Staff in the school where I was a headteacher did not congregate in the staff room with alcohol. Instead they went home exhausted, washed their clothes and experienced two emotions, a sense of duty and worry in case they had brought Covid home with them. How dare you!

I posted this last year & it was well received.
What I didn’t know until recently is that a friend saw the post & the message hit home. He’d been working too hard, not spending time w/family and he wanted to change that.
He’s now sold his business & is making different plans.👏

We're rightly being told there will be a cost to all of us of the necessary sanctions on Russia & it'll exacerbate the cost of living crisis.
Yet lets be watchful that the narrative doesn't change so the whole cost of living crisis is due to it. It was in place long before this.
