Stop shifting weight on the downswing. Move it left during the backswing for crisp contact. Save this ⛳

True progress in golf rarely comes from swinging harder. It comes from thinking better. Course management is the skill of choosing the right shot for the situation rather than the most impressive one. It means accepting that the centre of the fairway is often smarter than the heroic line, and that laying up short of a hazard can save more strokes than trying to carry it.
Experienced players understand that every hole presents a series of decisions. The player who consistently selects the higher-percentage option reduces unnecessary risk and keeps the scorecard steady. Over time, this disciplined approach compounds.
The game becomes less about recovery and more about control. Course management does not demand extraordinary talent. It simply requires honesty about one’s own game and the willingness to play within it.

A drill I use often with students to help reduce pulling on the handle and assist with shallowing the golf club🔥🏌️
