Surprised? We see people on bail reoffending at alarming rates. Just this week an off-duty member of @DRPS recognize someone he know is on house arrest on gun charges out in a public area. He was stopped and found to be in possession of a handgun.
Our client Breeanna did nothing wrong. She was still arrested, humiliated and had her life turned upside down.
As a new mother, her counsel Enenajor was appalled by her treatment, particularly the decision to detain a breastfeeding woman w/ a newborn.
