We’ve finished it now, and I’d honestly say Contradiction is in my top three FMV games. I don’t want to commit to a strict ranking, but Shapeshifting Detective, Her Story, and Contradiction are definitely fighting over the top spots. About the other replies and your new project: I remember hearing a few years ago that you were shooting something new, release was mentioned for 2025, then things went quiet for a bit… so it’s great to see you’re still working on it. The video you shared gives me slight „oh no, is this sci‑fi?” vibes, and my best friend immediately went „Doctor Who.” (He even recognized the youtube channel!) I’m guilty of not watching Doctor Who, so… euhm 🤷‍♀️ I also have to admit, and it’s a little embarrassing to say, I’m a big fan 😳 Shapeshifting Detective was my very first FMV and it opened a whole new world of gaming for me. The number of times I’ve mentioned the game and you as an actor to friends and random people online over the past (almost) ten years is uncountable. You definitely left your mark in my life. I hope I get to play many more games with lead inspector Booth in them! Thank you!

We'll probably finish Contradiction tonight and I'm already a bit sad about it.😕 @RupertBooth is such an entertainer and I'm pretty sure I've played every FMV he's in. Or maybe not? Kinda wish I could filter steam games by "people involved" (actor, artist, translator,...) What other non-dating-sim FMV games would you recommend?
