Here we actually go to the primary source and learn that in both primary sources he sited the parties at hand were with the angels in the same realm, in other words. They were with the angels together. They didn't pray to the angels.
Alex also mentions Enoch 1 chapter 9 and states that angels were being prayed to.. one problem, those humans got their heads clipped off. They were no longer on earth.
