Congratulations to Archer partner @Skyports_Infra and @GroupeADP on being selected by the New York City Economic Development Corporation (@NYCEDC) as the operator of the Downtown Manhattan Heliport in New York City. Together with our partners @united and @SouthwestAir we are excited to work with New York to help electrify the downtown NYC heliport and bring quieter, more affordable electric air taxis to New Yorkers.

Huge day today for @flyarcher as we celebrate our partnership announcement with @NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration by ringing the opening bell of the NYSE.
It's been a great day to reflect on how far we've come since we were last here ringing the bell in 2021 when we went public. With all we've accomplished over these last few years, today's announcement marks yet another milestone moment for our team. Signing this Space Act Agreement formalizes Archer and NASA's commitment to advancing electric aviation innovation and safety, starting with battery technology. Our work together will end up benefiting the entire eVTOL industry and could potentially be used in space as well.
NASA pioneered eVTOL technology decades ago, so this is a full circle moment. Thank you to our friends at NASA, past and present, like @MarkMooreNASA, Starr Ginn, Deb Diaz and so many more for your partnership and support of Archer's vision and technology.

We’re excited to announce Midnight has continued hitting key certification milestones on schedule, with the @FAANews recently starting to accept our certification plans for our production aircraft in addition to issuing Midnight its Special Airworthiness Certificate which allows us to begin flight test operations.
Our focus on realistic innovation and strategically sourcing many of the key components used in Midnight from leading aerospace suppliers with deep certification, safety and manufacturing heritage, rather than developing all of the core aircraft components and systems in house, puts the company in positions to progress through the final “for credit” phase of the FAA’s Type Certification process even more efficiently.
