I’d have taken a point before kick off. We need a target man still who’s a nuisance for days like this. Wells scores goals but when it’s a battle he just doesn’t have the energy and Marshall not ready yet. We need a pest who can scrap.
The fundamental difference between these 2 teams is the positive intent and pace that Huddersfield have when they win possession and attack vs a slow build up we have. Also their striker is on everything and ours is not.
It was a little dull in places at the Kenny last night so a few of us had a game of “Where’s Wally?”

I have to say Russell Martin sides are so easy to pick off. He’s never quite figured out that pep gets the best players to make it happen 🤣🤣🤣 long may he continue. Luton pressed from 1-97 mins and it was good to see. Should have had more in 1st half but take the win #COYH
That was 2 very average league 1 teams on offer. Take the win but that’s the level isn’t it. No ball winners, no leaders just academy style football that boring to watch but take the win in this instance
My 11 year old football mad son who is a Luton season ticket holder came home from school today and said “I don’t want to go tonight dad, it’s too cold and too boring”
You’ve got to go some way for him to prefer to stay home and go to bed early than watch us play these days.
Who would like to see Luton play a front 2 tomorrow and move the ball forward quicker? I don’t need to see our CBs having more touches than our strikers. Quite frankly it’s dull and more importantly it doesn’t work at this level
It’s still astonishes me that week in week out you play teams in league 1 where the 9 doesn’t give you a moments rest and yet we continue to maintain we don’t need a target man. We’ve gone soft as a club, Being a handful is the example we need not this nothingness we have now
I’d do anything to watch a Luton that was 100% committed and tough as you like. We are so weak and passive. It’s just not us
I desperately hope the club aren’t that stupid that a papa johns trophy keeps this fraud in a job. His knowledge of league 1 football is as extensive as my cats
Wilshire ball just needs to stop. I’ve never seen a manager make prolific goal scorers look like they’ve never played football before. To say we are pathetic in the final third is an understatement especially against classic league 1 opposition.
