Partial judgement on the pleadings has been granted to LEO defendants on Counts I and II in Baldwin's federal 1983 suit. Reading now.

Aidan Kearney, with zero professional training, education or experience on the subject, declares post-indictment: "ME's are government employees who do what other government employees want them to do." Is that so? How TF does he know? What experience does he have that supports his gross generalization (and incorrect) opinion here? He doesn't have any. It supports his narrative in one case therefore he declares the same applies to every case and ME out there.

Compare what Aidan Kearney declared back in August 2024 about the Birchmore ME to the ME's testimony in court today. Context matters. This is why we wait until trial. Without any education, experience, or training on the subject Kearney wanted to immediately name, shame, and have the ME prosecuted.

On the topic of immunity...I meant to come back to this regarding Jason Pickard being granted immunity. The Uniform Code of Military Justice includes prohibited activities with recruits. Pickard, at the very least, violated that code which is considered a crime. See below for the code language (2019 version). Hence why Pickard was asked about it on cross - to question his credibility and impeach him as a witness. Typical defense strategy. TO BE CLEAR: Farwell is a guilty POS. This is messed up. LGNA got her federal court press pass on Thursday and attended Farwell's trial in the media overflow room. It was the first day she attended the trial. Grant now thinks she's a mole working with Tully, Fanning, and Kate (??). He subsequently put out an announcement to his media colleagues that the courtroom was being spied on. Turns out the so called spy he was referring to is LGNA. This is RIDICULOUS. Like many others I appreciate Grant's transcriptions and reporting on this case but isn't this a bit much @GrantSmithEllis? LGNA has streamed many hearings over the last year. She has been there to record live when no one else with creds has shown up. I've never spoken to @LawGirlsNotAttn and I disagree with her about TB. Still, she's a huge asset to all of us no matter the side. Maybe reconsider or have a discussion with her personally before concluding and telling your colleagues that she's a spy? I seriously cannot believe I just wrote that last sentence but here we are.

Judge Belezos says Aidan Kearney has a certain trial date and it's still 12/7/26. This date has been set for nearly a year. Concrete and definitive until the judge says otherwise. For those who missed it - Defense counsel filed a motion yesterday to schedule the trial for 2/1/27. At the last hearing and in a 10/2 order Judge B noted the trial would be rescheduled for 2/1/27 in the event of court congestion (aka no available courtrooms). Doing so was not an open invitation to delay travel plans, summons, and witness prep ahead of the 12/7 trial date. Nor was it an invitation to request 2/1 as an alternative date. Referencing 2/1 put Bradl and Bederow on notice for another date as an emergency back up plan. Like an overflow date just in case.
