From what it sounds like though, a community center may be able to provide that help and guidance for anybodyโ
It wouldn't be any lower either if it weren't for the Rust Syndicate keeping these streets clean.
This city doesn't need a community center, it needs aid and authority where it constantly turns a blind eye to.
