A really special day today going back to school with @melliebrampops to launch our @Head4Change pilot education programme ‘Brainsafe’ 🧠 to 300 brilliant year 9 pupils
Big thank you to everyone at Bassaleg School for being pioneers for brain health in sport 🙏❤️🏉🧠🎓
Very proud to welcome former students @BassalegSchool1 @AlixPopham @melliebrampops @Head4Change to site today; as 1 of only 7 schools/clubs across the UK to be delivering #BrainSafe workshops to support our young people in staying safe in sport. Such a privilege to work with you

Incredibly grateful today. After 3.5 years since my last competitive rugby match, I had the immense privilege of putting the @porthcawlrfc shirt once again. Great experience, playing alongside my friends where my rugby started 20 years ago. Winners 💚🖤
