I hold two open houses every weekend. Here are the TEN type of people I encounter:
1. The nosy neighbor who will talk your ear off about the neighborhood. Which can be a fun convo and educational even when I think I know the area really well!
8. My friends who pop in wondering what the hell I’m doing in a suit on a Saturday morning as they head to brunch.
$3 black coffee at Starbucks the other day. Tip options were $1, $2, $3 tip. Or 33% to 100%. Of course I tipped a dollar… but I’m now constantly asking myself when and where to draw the line.

Several media outlets have reported that ING is predicting U.S. home prices could fall 20%.

To get back to the "long-run average house price-to-income ratio", ING says U.S. home prices would have to fall 20%.
