This is Bryan, our catamaran tour guide in Bermuda! And honestly, one of the best parts of the whole trip. We booked a private tour with him through New Wave Bermuda, and it turned into one of those days you do not forget.  We spent hours exploring secluded coves, snorkeling near coral reefs, cliff jumping, paddle boating, and swimming until our arms were tired. All of it with music blasting the entire time. (Bryan's playlist is fire 🔥) He shared so many stories about the island. How pirates carved out some of those coves and used them to ambush other ships, the abandoned shipwrecks scattered around, the local coral reefs, and how Bermuda's top industry is NOT tourism. It’s a world leader in property and catastrophe insurance, hedge funds, and climate risk finance. 
 You can tell he loves what he does. The way he talks about the island. The way he tells a story. It made the whole experience feel personal. I love connecting with people who are genuinely passionate about their work. Bryan is one of those people. And it shows in everything he does. Can't recommend him enough. If you ever find yourself in Bermuda, look him up.

You post and wait, but nothing happens. No likes. No comments.  No messages. Meanwhile someone else posts something simple and it takes off. Here is what most people miss.  People do not stop scrolling for information.  They stop for connection.  They stop when they see themselves in what you are saying.  They stop when you make them feel something before you ask them for anything. Ask yourself a harder question. Are you talking about yourself or are you talking to them? That is what my team and I teach when we travel for workshops.
