❤️ it’s OK to talk
Two people, two stories, and shared experiences of mental health, grief and loss. 🕊️
Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is open up, talk, and say you’re not okay.
A chat can save lives, you never know what somebody is going through behind their brave smile.
Let’s continue to break the stigma, start conversations, create safe spaces, and remind those who are grieving a loss that their feelings matter. Everybody deserves to be heard.
Check in on someone. Talk. Listen. Be there. ❤️

In addition to @halesowentownfc I’m very excited to be coaching @tamworthfc U23s and U19s this season 💁♂️
Using the coaching staff to shadow defend is one of the easiest and best upgrades to improve the standard unopposed drill.
Provides players with context to the drill they are doing 👌
The unopposed vs opposed training debate in football/soccer rages on. In my experience, both can have value when executed right.
I've watched young players improve skills unopposed and seamlessly translate them to opposed scenarios.
A balance is key!
Bottom line: In football, 2+2=4... but so does 3+1. Different paths, same goal. What's your take? ⚽

The man behind WE’LL LIVE AND DIE IN THESE TOWNS @theenemyband
Should be so proud of what he did for the club and the fans!
Thank you my mate 🩵🤍
Yesterday saw my run as part of the Matchday Production team at Coventry City come to an end.
Wrote words on the past 9 years of being a part of the team and what fading out one song has had on so many things.

Our new First Team Coach, Ryan Conneely spoke with the club last month outlining the thoughts on the new role in his coaching career.

Big thank you to @DorkingWDRS @bunch_amateurs for letting me and the bigger little brother @Conneely123 come in to spend the day with them 🤝
The only 2 completed passes in an 18 minute period 🤯
This has to be a mentality and culture issue above anything else 🤷♂️
Spain produce Rodri and England produce Rice.
Two world class players but is this the perfect example of why England can’t control games..? 🤷♂️❓❓

Thought to use this platform again to share that I'm currently looking for a job in the UK within the football performance and recruitment analysis space. I'm open to working as an intern, part-time, and full-time roles. Very keen to get professional experience in the field. Ideally, I'd love to start at a club but also open to work within media, depending on the opportunity. I'd appreciate any support on this post and if you're a recruiter, feel free to shoot me a DM for my CV. I've also got a pinned post for a quick snapshot of the work that I've done. Thank you!
I just thought to share, in case this helps, that I'm currently searching for entry level performance analysis roles in England or even abroad if there's a remote opportunity. Willing to work at various levels. Really do want to get more hands-on professional experience. If there's anything available and someone's interested, it'd be great to have a chat. Below is a summary of my experience. I've of course got a CV as well.
