I agree that clubs like Villa, Forest and Newcastle are on the wrong side of history when it comes to PSR. The rules were introduced to prevent a NEW Chelsea or City challenging the established elite. They have nothing to do with either profitability or sustainability.

Chelsea are becoming a really good team. Thoroughly deserved their victory today. Villa have problems but it would be stupid to ignore the fact they and Newcastle were royally screwed by PSR when they wanted and could afford to push on. Emery and Howe asked to work miracles to try to repeat top four seasons.
