Been quiet for 3 months since major op change of rehab after complication. Hoping these GMI (Graded motor imagery) exercises plus my current plan will do the trick. My target is 6 months ⛳️#CRPS Interesting concept but I know Neuro rehab can be successful.

Thank you @ESNEFT for accommodating my back management treatment after my other recent surgery. Some adjustments needed but a wonderful opportunity & motivation & plan introducing pilates, terrific service again.

An early Friday but just love the range visit prior to my coaching shift @AIGWomensOpen A full day of bookings from new to returning to a 4yrs old with super positive feedback of their experience @RoyalLythamGolf I even managed to view the well guarded par 3 opening hole.

“Stories” are a powerful confidence builder. Part of the love of the Golf Zone is listening to the visitor progress from year to year @AIGWomensOpen or this golfer who visited in 2018 as a new player receiving her first lesson with me, 8 yrs on 🧡 game #GolfZone

A busy first day @ThePGA coaching at the @RandA Golf It Zone @AIGWomensOpen A very special one when a visitor arrives with his golf glove ready for his 15 min lesson. He showed me the card I gave him after our lesson in 2018 the previous Open at the venue. The power of golf ⛳️

Now that’s an iconic sight @RoyalLythamGolf clubhouse. I am ready for @AIGWomensOpen @RandA Golf It. “Never Stop Playing” fits in with my moto as a @ThePGA Coach “Never Stop Learning “ Pop by for your free 15 min golf lesson this week 📸 @SBennettGolf

Rain… ☔️ it didn’t dampen the spirits of my intrepid golfers. Today was chipping with awkward shots on the agenda. A great drill I learned from the very best @stanutley a few years ago dispelled many myths regarding the role of the wrists. Just loving the groups

A weekend of short game specials ⛳️ @GolfingGirlUK A full perfect your putting class first up with drills covering key areas of holing out. Focusing upon strike from heel to toe & top to bottom. In addition key attributes within the set with friendly competition. Chipping today

An exciting week ahead @AIGWomensOpen @RoyalLythamGolf I played in the WBO 1998 & 2003 but now delighted to be coaching in the @RandA Golf It Zone. Whilst the world’s best tackle the tricky pot bunker laden Championship course, save 15 min for your FREE lesson. See you there.

What an incredible addition to a remarkable spectator experience…& that of @ThePGA Professional @TheOpen with @RandA .. Coaching from a pot bunker @royalbirkdale Who would have thought such vision could have been implemented. Thank you #PGAPro

In pure @TheOpen tradition an electric final round in store today. I wonder who will be crowned the Champion golfer this year @royalbirkdale There can be no better walk in golf. 📸 @SBennettGolf

It’s staggering to witness the incredible service & detail @TitleistEurope provides to the players in their state of the art unique Tour van. A real treat to start the day @TheOpen A real privilege to be involved within their Ambassadorial programme. Thank you #TeamTitleist

This is the power of the Swingzone @TheOpen You are the first person I look for each year”Such a buzz when four @GolfingGirlUK from different parts of the UK “bump” into each other, all having booked their free 15 min lesson. A reunion from 4 yrs ago too.. An Incredible ⛳️day.

The perfect day off @TheOpen to head to @FormbyLadiesGC to play with long time friend & client. What a lovely afternoon bringing back memories from my @ThePGA Captaincy 4 yrs ago @staysure Seniors Championship Thank you so much for your hospitality such a beautiful course.

A morning on the greens @TheOpen @royalbirkdale at The #SwingZone for @RandA @ThePGA. A pleasure assisting new golfers, returning golfers, single figure players & our young players of the golfing world. An opportunity to coach the key areas leading to improved putting.

An unbelievable buzz @royalbirkdale for the 2026 @TheOpen What a set up by @RandA with the new skills zone and my @ThePGA home #SwingZone. All bays were fully booked by early afternoon so please don’t delay. There is no better place to learn the game ⛳️
