Security Council Report

💡Security Council Report’s (@SCRtweets) new research report, “𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒆𝒄𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒍 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒆𝒏”, examines one of the Council’s most consequential informal working methods.
