"There is one contingency in which I won’t reintroduce the articles of impeachment: Hegseth resigns."
That would mark the SECOND time Massie’s has tried to impeach him.
Any impeachment would still need 67 senators after a House vote. The new Democrat majority is not seated until January 2027.
The vote is set for next week.

The man remains hospitalized at St. Luke’s with a fractured skull, shattered cheekbone and jaw, three brain bleeds, and a blood clot. When elderly grandfather Gary Greaser stepped in, Hall and his wife Jazmine attacked him too—Greaser suffered a broken hip and needed seven stitches.
Jazmine Hall, an assistant principal at Lamar Junior High, resigned after her arrest. Hall was booked on misdemeanor assault; the Fort Bend County DA is reviewing hospital records to upgrade it to felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Marco Rubio has earned my respect.
