Vice President @KamalaHarris, thank you.
Serving as Secretary of Health and Human Services in the Biden-Harris administration was an honor, and Iβll bring that same fight to the Governorβs office.

Dolores Huerta was a pioneering labor leader and legendary civil rights activist. Amidst the struggle of the movement, her rallying cry, "SΓ se puede," was a call to stay in the fight.
The work of Dolores Huerta and the United Farm Workers was a driving force for change across California and our country. Her brilliant organizing and fierce negotiating came to the national spotlight during the Delano Grape strike, and countless people benefited from her decades-long career. Thanks to her, immigrants and workers won better wages, working conditions, environmental protections, and voting rights.
I was blessed to know Dolores for many years and proud to organize alongside my dear friend to champion working families and immigrant rights. I will always be grateful for her support and friendship. We will honor her legacy by continuing the fight for the dignity of every person.
Doug and I send our love and prayers to the four generations of loving family she leaves behind, the community she built, and to the millions of people who have been touched by her work.

βThis is the moment where the power of the people reigns,β said former Vice President Kamala Harris. βWhere the power of the people leads.β
Harris rallied hundreds of Culinary Workers Union Local 226 members in Las Vegas, urging them to keep pushing for Democratic candidates with less than two weeks left before the Nov. 3 election.
Harris appeared alongside Democratic Attorney General Aaron Ford and Rep. Dina Titus, D-Nev., as part of a final campaign blitz. In 10 minutes on stage, she endorsed Ford in the race for governor, criticized President Donald Trumpβs administration and called on union members to turn frustration into action.
House Speaker Mike Johnson campaigned Tuesday for congressional candidates Carrie Buck and Marty OβDonnell, and Education Secretary Linda McMahon was also in town today.

The cost of everything from groceries and gas to housing and childcare is going up because of choices made by Donald Trump's administration.
Those choices have consequences. So do elections.
The midterms are our chance to elect leaders who will fight for the people.
Over the next week, I will hit the trail in Nevada, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Wisconsin, and Georgia to campaign for some of those incredible leaders.
I'll see you out there.

Californians' lives are not expendable in Donald Trump's unhinged, reckless war in Iran.
This is yet another callous comment from the tyrant in the White House who dragged the American people into a war that we do not want.
