Officers from the State Department for Roads and Transport have been sensitized on workplace stress and burnout by the Directorate of Counselling and Wellness Services, focusing on stress management, resilience and work-life balance for a healthier, more productive Public Service

The State Department, represented by Ag. Director Ms. Esther Kinyanjui, joined stakeholders at KICC to mark the International Day of Care and Support, celebrating caregivers and advocating for stronger support systems.

Directorate of Psychological Counselling and Wellness Services urges officers to recognise stress and burnout early and adopt healthy coping strategies to boost resilience and productivity. The session was held at Kawi Complex,Nairobi South C, during Mental Health Awareness Week.
