“It’s glory & honour,” the great man said. “There’s nothing on earth like being a Red.”
The way the sun illuminated those words yesterday felt like a reminder. A reminder of what this club means, what it stands for & what it truly means to wear that badge.
Players, take note.

Today, Fergie : The Lost Tapes is officially published.
It’s a book that took a couple of twists before I decided to cover the full Ferguson era. I decided to make it as exhaustive as I possibly could to justify it as a complete record of the time.
Congratulations to @TriciaUtd who wins the copy of "Fergie: The Lost Tapes".
The new book by @WayneSBarton is out TODAY. It's a beast of a book, unique and a must have for any United fans book case. #mufc

🚨 Today, we launch 1878.
🔴 A new home for Manchester United supporters who want more than headlines and the modern media circus.
⚪️ Created by Wayne Barton, the club's foremost historian, and Alex Crook, one of football's most respected reporters, 1878 brings together decades of knowledge, experience and insight.
⚫️ Our aim is simple: proper reporting, expert analysis and thoughtful opinion for supporters who want to understand Manchester United on a deeper level.
🔴 No clickbait. Instead history remembered. The present understood. The future examined.
👇 There’s still time to join us from the start…
