We want to assure everyone that we are taking these grievances seriously and are currently working on an official statement addressing the issues surrounding them. We ask for your patience as we put this statement together. We understand that these concerns deserve a thoughtful, thorough, and meaningful acknowledgment of everyone's frustrations. Once again, thank you for your patience and consideration as we take the time to properly address these concerns. We appreciate everyone who has taken the time to voice their thoughts, and we hope to provide greater clarity soon.)
