Vince McMahon may not have an athletic bone in his body, and the combined age of the two was 106 at the time, but dammit, this was pretty good. Hogan’s infamous comeback at the end, along with the insane crowd energy, was so freakin awesome.

I hate to say it, but I think we were one successful Shooting Star Press away from an unforgettable five-star match. The botched finish hurt, but these two legendary powerhouses still delivered a really outstanding World Title match to cap off an awesome WrestleMania!

It wasn’t the all-time classic that their previous WrestleMania bout was, but let’s be real, Rock and Austin always created magic every time they shared the ring. They were wrestling soulmates, and this was another excellent match in their catalog.

I’m probably higher on this than most, but winner aside, I thought this was very good. It had a big-fight World Title feel, and I loved the story. Booker fought through everything Triple H and Flair threw at him, but his leg finally gave out, allowing Triple H to steal the win.

These guys gave us a WrestleMania classic and a WWE all-timer. I loved the pacing, how it started slow and built to a really exciting closing stretch. The roll-up finish didn’t feel right for a classic, but what followed did a great job of continuing the feud. Awesome match!

The finish was a little underwhelming, but all in all, this was a good match. I’ll never complain about getting to watch Eddie and Benoit wrestle on my screen.

If you’d asked me which of the three opening matches would be the best, I never would have said this one, but this was by far the best thing on the show so far. I maybe would have gone higher if it had been longer, but it didn’t need to be, and all three women killed it here.

This was really weak. That’s all I got. Undertaker’s live music entrance was awesome though.

The match was only five minutes, but it was an okay opener and a good way to kick off the show with Rey’s usual great offense. It was a screwy finish to give Hardy a cheap win, but at least we got some exciting stuff from Rey here.
