Almost 30 years after Sean Brown was brutally murdered, Bridie & her family are still fighting for truth & justice. Tomorrow, the Brown family will be in the British Supreme Court in London, continuing a fight that no family should ever have been put through. The treatment of Bridie & her family by the British government has been nothing short of disgraceful. I’ll be in London to stand alongside them tomorrow & support their ongoing fight for justice. Bridie & her family have suffered enough. They deserve the full truth about Sean’s murder.

Putting an already grievously bereaved family through these ridiculous legal hoops, just to get to the truth, is callous in the extreme. But if that's what it takes, the Brown family and their community are ready for them. declassifieduk.org/the-murde…

Tomorrow our family, friends and supporters will travel to London as the Secretary of State appeals to the Supreme Court to block a public inquiry. We are so thankful for the amount of backing we have had from our local community and the wider GAA community #justiceforseanbrown

Carla Lockhart and the DUP need to face the facts: they no longer hold a veto over our democracy. Michelle O’Neill is First Minister because the people put her there. The days of ‘No nationalist need apply’ are over; the North has changed for good. There. Is. No. Going. Back.

This can’t be ignored. The song envisages a world where there is no Pope, nuns, priests nor Catholic Churches. Those playing it have been invited to participate in a procession demanding an Orange parade thru a Catholic area in the town. This is BBCNI headline-worthy material.
It didnt take too long for last night's parade to show its true face. Minutes after Lockhart and senior members of Portadown walked by playing the victims, the sectarian, anti Catholic hate tune "No Pope" was given a blast. The O.O. is a hate organisation, nothing more.

The DUP’s entire election strategy is about removing Michelle O’Neill as First Minister. It’s about stopping the momentum for change in the North. The days of ‘no nationalist need apply’ are over. There is no going back.

110 years after he was executed, it is time to honour Roger Casement’s final wish, to be buried overlooking Murlough Bay, Co Antrim. Today’s formal application to bring his remains home is a historic step towards righting a long-standing wrong. Then at last, Casement can finally rest in peace.🪉
Today 1965. Roger #Casement makes his final journey back home to Ireland, near 50 years after his execution. His body was exhumed to be re-interred in Glasnevin, Dublin In 1916 he had wished to be buried in his beloved Glens of Antrim. In 1965 Brit.govt refused this request. 1/

We need to talk about @StephenNolan, his @BBCNolan Radio & Nolan Live show on @BBCnireland It seems clear that he's been instrumental in stoking up the Culture War doctrine, as outlined by Jamie Bryson. With an election coming up, I think it's time to escalate to Ofcom. 1/2
