Ok listen carefully, I am giving you guys extra alpha about $SPCX that nobody’s connecting: the AI / SI race isn’t about chips anymore. It’s about latency.
Every query you send today travels through roughly a dozen network hops — your phone, the carrier, undersea cables, firewalls, load balancers — before it reaches a GPU cluster and comes back. That’s why AI feels slow. Not because the model is dumb. Because the road is long.
Now imagine the road is short. Starlink satellites orbit at 550 km. Light takes about 2 milliseconds to reach them. No undersea cables. No ground stations in between. Just you, the sky, and compute.
SpaceX isn’t building a satellite internet company. It’s building the shortest path between human thought and machine intelligence. The company that owns the sky owns the latency layer — and latency is the new oil.
The multi-planetary thesis was always the headline. The boring, profitable part is this: whoever controls orbital compute controls the speed of the future.
This is not a software moat. Without Starship-class launch cadence, no one else can put this much compute this close to the user.

Grok @Bot can help protect and fix your credit rating. Just ask it to do so!
I had a friend run this Grok Bot I built for them a few weeks ago and guess what?
7 entires from a scammer that took over his credit.
$65,000+ of defaulted credit!
Grok Bot is fixing this.
Get it: x.ai/bot/vY1eft-dZTKssiaUQvJ… you will not be disappointed!
I am glad more and more ppl started to understand $SPCX
Welcome to the team Steven 🚀🚀🫡
I owe $SPCX and @elonmusk a public apology.
I thought the valuation SpaceX was getting was insane. Q3 changed my mind. When I'm wrong I say it, and these numbers were incredible.
$14.6B revenue vs about $12.9B expected
$0.35 EPS
$8.8B adjusted EBITDA, up 306%
$7.6B of Space Intelligence revenue, up 830%. It's now their biggest segment.
Elon is talking about $500B to $1T of ARR by the end of 2027. Even if they only get halfway there, I was wrong on the valuation.
I'm writing a full analysis on @SeekingAlpha and upgrading my sentiment to bullish.
@elonmusk I have an idea. You're giving 1 share of SpaceX to every kid in America next year through Trump Accounts. What if there was a fund where the rest of us could donate shares and try to get your commitment matched? I can't match what you're doing but I'd gladly donate $SPCX shares to a fund that gets them to kids next year.
Who else would chip in?

Ok , good morning folks
Here’s the $SPCX Post-earnings PT moves, October 21:

Barclays — Anthony Valentini, Overweight, raised to $300 from $254.
Wells Fargo — Overweight, raised to $274 from $214.
Goldman Sachs — Eric Sheridan, PT-only, raised to $245 from $230.
Citi — Buy, raised to $240 from $200.
UBS — Buy, raised to $240… from $210.
TD Cowen — Buy, raised to $224 from $200.
⬆️Just in : Citi Raised $SPCX PT From $200 to $240
Adj. EBITDA beat Citi’s already-above-consensus estimate by ~$1.5B, with ~$0.9B from the AI/Super Intelligence segment. Management guided 1Q27 revenue at $33-37B versus roughly $23B consensus.
Citi sharply lifted 2027 EPS to $3.25 from $2.14. Management also noted a possible Tesla tie-up and confirmed Starship Flight 15 will test the “chopsticks” catch of the second stage — a key step toward the firm’s $900 plus long-term valuation view.
Wall Street analysts are working overnight to revise $SPCX price targets higher, I can feel it 😂😂😂
During the $SPCX earnings call today, Elon mentioned : “I am not saying this will happen, it is not impossible that we will have a six-month payback period for compute next year.”
Most investors still don’t get why SpaceX structures its SI data center rental contracts at just 90 days. It’s not a bug — it’s the whole thesis.
Short contracts give Grok and the Bots room to flex compute up or down as usage scales. And because Elon and the team are convinced demand keeps climbing for at least the next two to three years, they don’t need to lock in long-term rates. They rent short, reprice constantly, and push rents higher every cycle.
That’s the mechanism behind the six-month payback. You’re not betting on one fixed contract — you’re compounding on a market where the floor keeps rising.
Congrats SpaceX team!
Replying to @SpaceX
Q3 2026 highlights:
- Delivered revenue of $14.6 billion, up 161% year-over-year
- Successfully launched our first revenue-generating Starship mission, delivering 26 Starlink V3 satellites to our broadband constellation, representing approximately 10x the downlink capacity added by a Falcon 9 Starlink launch
- Added $6.7 billion of incremental Super Intelligence solutions and infrastructure revenue year-over-year, driven by cloud services agreements, the acquisition of Cursor, and our growing SI models and software applications, including @Grok @Bot
- Delivered year-over-year revenue growth of 69% and income from operations growth of 99% for the Connectivity segment, supported by strong momentum in enterprise and government adoption, and continued @Starlink consumer subscriber growth
- Continued to scale nameplate compute, reaching 1.7 GW as of September 30, 2026
Now listen carefully!
Here’s the true $SPCX Alpha for you guys
- Trailing PE off Q3 is about 105.
- Switch to the CFO’s Q1 guide and you’re looking at around 47 to 50 forward PE
- EBITDA’s ripping along at over 300% growth, so yeah , SpaceX is extremely undervalued now.
SpaceX $SPCX Grok Bot launched in August. CFO @BretWJ said paid weekly users reached 800K earlier this month — more than double the roughly 418K reported in mid-September. @elonmusk called it the fastest-growing product he’s ever seen, with per-user usage rising rather than declining. Enterprise rollout is coming within weeks.
I personally think @elonmusk delivered the best earnings call ever today!
$SPCX COO @Gwynne_Shotwell provided extremely detailed information on all business lines.
CFO @BretWJ clearly outlined the capital spending efficiency plans and even issued 2027 Q1 guidance. This gave investors a lot of confidence.
Seriously, I am so impressed 💪🏻
