I just don’t see why people can’t carry the bottle from station to station. I do it & dislike carrying anything. NYC has paper cups 🙄 only...I’m not able to run and drink out of a cup.....🤣 I have a 240ml bottle for my @SPIBELT, the only way... a new system.....for me 😆🤞🏻

Up and at em! I have the pleasure of seeing @johnmayer tonight & woke up early to get in just a small 2 miles before work. Thanks to my @spibelt hat, I felt comfortable running around the neighborhood. Working out some kinks in my leg. 5k this weekend and 10k next weekend. 🏃🏻‍♀️
