Congratulations to my colleague/friend @lacombebenoit1 who is now part of the Highly Cited Researchers community 👏. In the Plant and Animal Science category, he is one of only 5 French researchers to receive this recognition. Very proud of him. @IPSiM_fr

In the case of an osmotic shock in roots, do you know if it’s the osmotic potential or if it’s turgor pressure that triggers a response? In this paper, we actually show that it’s both!

Everybody knows #AlphaFold. It provides 3D structure from protein prim. seq. With @AntoineLiutkus @ClemSquare et Baldwin Dumortier we thought it might be cool to ask #AI models to reconstruct a protein sequence from a 3D structure. #PetriBert can do this
