Saban on Leadership. “Leadership is about helping somebody else for their benefit, not yours.” - Nick Saban True leadership isn’t about power. It’s about lifting others up and putting the team first.

@ JMU , I had to stalk complacency because of our success. @ IU, I am stalking softness & will eliminate it in every area , so that we have the opportunity to stalk complacency. #GoIU

I don’t think it’s crazy to say Randy Pittman Jr is one of the most versatile TEs in the country. 🍢 PHYSICAL run blocker 🍢 Elite pass pro technique 🍢 Security blanket as a receiver 🍢 0 Drops on 24 Targets 🍢 2 Touchdowns on 2 Wildcat carries

Family, your steps are ordered. But sometimes… ordered steps mean somebody gotta get laid down! Alabama lined up in pride, but the lead blocker @RandyPittman04 baptized him in grass. That wasn’t dirty — that was destiny. The Kingdom of Heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force. Don’t be afraid of the hit. Don’t shy from the collision. Your blessing is on the other side of contact. Walk in it. Hit in it. Live in it. Because your steps are ordered — THROUGH violence. #hitemwiththehymns @FSUFootball

AJ Lewis is the Leader, comes to work Daily, Don’t Miss workouts, and puts in extra time with me on film! He is undoubtedly making strides as a player and Person! Some College is going to be lucky to have a guy like him!
