So she's not short, this sprite is just younger. Noelle's poem in the winter newsletter says she was the smallest of the 4. Dess is likely way taller now assuming she's kept aging.

I mean, yeah.
Her disappearance was about 7ish years ago, around when Noelle was an Elementary School. Assuming Asriel is 19-21 since he's started College, & Dess was similar in age, she would've been 12-14.
Obviously Middle School Dess would be shorter than High School Noelle

"The Knight isn't Dess she just happened to leave the transformed Black Knife and Armor behind for my preferred candidate to pick up but somehow didn't get transformed herself"
Is cope imo

C: Asgore doesn't have to be RIGHT. The Fountain opener could have been Kris or literally anyone else as I said. He doesn't have the full context. All he knows is that she went missing and there was a Shard, so he BELIEVES The Knight took Dess, & in a sense, that's correct

A: Dess is technically never referred to as having "disappeared." They only speak about her in the past tense. Even if they did though, a kid who ran away and was never found is still missing.

To me, the unused dialogue more accurately represents her suppressed subconscious while she IS The Knight, not a flashback.

I did not and would never consent to this administration running my fanart through AI and posting it. Can’t even believe I’m saying these words.

Worth noting: Ralsei specifically says The Knight is only supposed to appear alongside The Heroes. This contradicts Susie's assumption that they must have the actor back then, & I trust Ralsei more than her.
Hence, the Knight was created then, but only started acting recently.

This is the full scene.

You're misunderstanding the scene. The Black Knife wasn't at the scene, it was a Black SHARD, broken off of either the Black Knife, or perhaps The Knight itself.
The Knight never lost their sword.

Blood Crushers is a movie series. Dess named their local band after that series

Idk if I agree with that.
A: While we've only received a Black Shard from the sword, the armor seems to be made of the same material.
B: No one has ever wielded the Black Knife other than The Knight.
Narratively this really just seems to be a calling card of The Knight.

Getting sales in Israel doesn't support Israel whatsoever. Getting sales on the Xbox storefront directly supports Xbox.

In reality a 100% cohesive explanation of these events could be.
>Dess is lost in The Fountain
>Becomes/creates The Knight as a result.
> The Knight leaves a Shard at the spot where she disappeared, which Asgore finds. Believing it must be what took her.
Crime scene solved.

(Which would explain their guilt).
Black Shards have nothing to do with TRK making Fountains as far as we know. None were found at School or Church. Susie makes that assumption because she doesn't know Kris has been making Fountains, so they're all associated with TRK to her.
Replying to @thereal832
Yes she can, because there's nothing that implies that The Knight MADE the Fountain on That Day™, only that it was present there due to the Shard. It could be that The Shelter Dark World for example has always been there, or that Kris made the Fountain that she went missing in.
