True story, I was at Lagos island pricing market with my customer when one guy brought a lady in that couldn’t communicate well in English. Before I could process what was happening, my customer started rapping French with this woman.

Slightly related but 22 years ago the Indian Ocean tsunami killed over 200K people, some survivors Sri Lanka were saved cos they observed their animals closely:
-Elephants became agitated, trumpeting & started marching towards higher ground.
-Dogs refused to go outside.
-Birds began flying inland, away from sea, towards higher ground.
All these happened an hour or two before the tsunami struck.
Morale of Story: Observation no be crime.
