1/3 π§΅It's wonderful to see so many new groups forming, but we've also witnessed many come and go. To see engineers in action, check out @makerfairemiami or support @STEAMwithO and @MiamiCsta with the MS Teals program, as well as @codeartorg.
Watching the sunrise during a work trip ignites my wanderlust, reminding me of my ultimate bucket list dream: witnessing the majestic sunrise over Patagonia. @eMergeAmericas @Delta π

I have been fighting for months for @PeoplesTrust to cover a water leak and they do not want to pay. Another insurance company just quoted me, and it would be a 200% increase, but they will not insure with the roof problem I have.
I could try repairing the roof problem out of my pocket and wait for my claim to be solved, but the current insurance says they wonβt cover unless it is with their own contractors. Insurance is the biggest #scam in this countryβ¦
Thank you @GovRonDeSantis for your leadership!
Starting a thread:
So @PeoplesTrust increased my home insurance 300%. Since I pay it thought my escrow, I am upside down. I now have to pay the bank for the upside down + the increase. This means my monthly payment increased $1,302.57.
