I just testified in favor of @HENStp’s Rent Stabilization Policy 🏡🧡 Submit your comments by April 15th: bit.ly/3xpCCn6 The CURA study is clear. We need to cap rent increases at 3%, universally applied to all units — NO exceptions, exemptions, decontrol, or carve outs. – at St Paul, MN
