Yesterday we modeled a tuning protocol to help us revise our writing. The Ss did it today. The conversations were AMAZING and I know their writing will be improved thanks to their peer feedback!! Thanks for the strategy @SocialStudiesOC @WBSDHuskies

Had a Creepy Carrot Halloween celebration. We read Creepy Carrots and then did 3 STEAM challenges. We built fences to keep those carrots in, catapults to keep those carrots away, and carrot catchers to trap them. So much fun!! @WBSDHuskies #onlywb #creepycarrots #thirdgrade

Sometimes remote learning means teaching from your kitchen floor!! We made our Count Day Zooms, COUNT! We did an experiment with patterns of motion during one of our 30 minute zooms. Lots of talking, laughing, and learning! #c2cinwb #onlywb

For the first time, I did not use peardeck today. My kids were upset..."Where is the peardeck?", "It's fun", "Can you make one now?" Shoutout to everyone who has helped me learn more about keeping kiddos engaged using that tool. I will be sure not to skip a day again #c2cinwb

While I may not use Olaf, we will definitely be setting goals for the day starting in 2021. You were always so good with that last year @TeachCarroll , I need to step up my game to get them focused!
