For Mental Health Month, we’re talking about the things that can construct isolation around us, and what might actually help. Counsellors Rachael & Suzanne are holding a workshop this Wednesday 14 October. Current and former SWers only. Registration required.

Our SMART Recovery meeting is on today from 3pm-4.30pm. Making changes around drugs and alcohol can be tricky to do on your own. So, we run a SMART Recovery meeting each month for SWers, run by peers.

Even the crew at SWOP HQ need to sit down, share ideas and collaborate across the table once in a while. Which is why we're closed every second Wednesday from 10am-2pm. You can still reach us via email or phone, or pop in later in the day.

Our Annual General Meeting is coming up in December. If you’d like to vote at it, or nominate to be part of the SWOP NSW Governance Committee, make sure you get your membership application in ASAP. Membership approval takes at least one month.
