How would you handle this? A friend of mine just received this message from a customer.. they have had the items since June and admitted they were opening the boxes to grade the promos but stopped because PSA increased prices. Not our problem lol but if you e had these items since JUNE you’ve had ample time to inspect them for “damage”.. Sounds like buyers remorse to me. “I would like to know about any return policies on damaged products, such as dents, seals altered/ rips. I am currently checking through the boxes i purchased months ago as i am preparing to sell them. I have noticed the boxes with bad seals on the side always contain a rip in the seal. About half of the boxes have this attribute and it feels very consistent. I would like some sort of rebate or return method due to this issue. I am very unhappy. Thank you for your concern. None of the fukuoka boxes contain any rips and their seals are always consistent. About half of the hundreds of Hiroshima boxes i've purchased contain these rips and unappealing seals. I can give an exact number of them upon request. This is unacceptable if i saw these before i wouldve requested some sort of return. I have purchased over 100k usd of boxes from you and it is just these in particular that are this way. When purchasing the boxes they were described as fully sealed with no rips. I did not receive that. I will have to pursue legal action unless we could figure out a way for my reimbursement. It is over 10k in damages due to the rips in over 100 boxes. I was originally opening and grading the promotional card inside. That isn't feasible anymore due to the PSA prices to grade. I decided to start selling them as sealed boxes to take back some and take a loss on them. As i stated all fukuoka boxes are fully sealed and good. It is only part of the hiroshima boxes that have unsellable rips in the plastic. I paid for a fully sealed box. I was willing to let it go until things changed and my exit strategy is now to sell them sealed. I am working on getting you a count and time stamped photo of them all.”

It’s just one of those days😂😭 idk how I have customers like this.
