The Sales guy botching a call one hits different as a founder
You can't control the call. You CAN control what happens after
Listen back, find the EXACT moment it went sideways and fix that part
The risk reversal is doing ALL the heavy lifting in this one
One result, nothing to lose, one line. Hard to say no to that
Simple Cold Email rule to find what's broken:
Barely any replies? DELIVERABILITY
Replies but no interest? OFFER
Interest but no meetings? FOLLOW-UP
Most people fix the copy first (LoL)
Want to know who has money to spend RIGHT NOW?
Companies that just raised.
And it's PUBLIC.
SEC EDGAR, search Form D filings, last 7 days.
Fresh cash + the names of the execs.
Meanwhile people are still Cold Emailing random lists they bought 2 years ago 😂
Everyone says you NEED to hyper personalize every Cold Email
Not at scale lol
When your TAM is over 100K, you're not writing 100K love letters
Make sure they actually fit your ICP. Keep the ask stupid simple. Done.
One of the EASIEST ways to find companies that need outbound right now:
LinkedIn Jobs.
Search "SDR", filter by past week.
Every company on that list just told you they need MORE meetings.
And a new SDR doesn't book anything on day 1 lol
That's your opener right there.

Big shoutout to @SalesPsych0 incredible call with him.
Explained the right steps to scale my Agency.🔥
The old way to do Cold Email is BROKEN (Dead as people say)
My first campaign:
Long text. Too technical. Asked for a 30 min meeting. Didn't even know their problem.
It flopped lol
Now?
TAM over 100K. No hyper personalization, just the right ICP.
One simple ask. Is this a priority?
STUPIDLY easy to say yes.
2 months ago I started switching from Cold Calling to Cold Email
My first campaign FLOPPED lol
So I wrote down everything I wish I knew on day one 👇
I will be the FIRST ONE USING THAT !
Cold calling isn't dead AT ALL.
Blind cold calling is.
Why do most reps hate the phone?
They dial with ZERO context.
No research, no angle, just "hey is this a bad time?" 😭
@unifygtm just launched Unify Dialer and it's built for exactly that.
Prospect, sequence and dial in ONE place, with the research done before you pick up.
Sellers have already placed 112K+ calls with it.

Cold calling isn’t dead. And that’s why today, we’re launching Unify Dialer.
Sellers have already placed 112K+ calls with it.
→ Prospect, sequence, and dial in one place.
→ Move faster through your call list with Power Dialer, with the research done before you dial.
→ Reach more buyers with 34% more reachable numbers than Apollo and 66% more than ZoomInfo in our benchmark.
60% of reps book a meeting within their first hour of dialing on Unify.
Who better to pick up the phone than the wolf of insurance himself, Juliano Massarelli? 👇🏻

Most agencies sell you effort.
We sell meetings.
ZERO retainer. We only get paid when a qualified meeting hits your calendar.
We only win when you win.
Need someone to run your Cold Email? We got you.
B2B + offer already sells? Let's talk about it in DMs.
I genuinely don't understand how a payment platform like @whop can hold someone's money for almost a WEEK and refuse to let them speak to an actual human being.
Let me explain what's happening.
I used Whop to receive a payment that was supposed to be available INSTANTLY.
Instead, they decided to hold my funds and requested additional business documentation.
Fair enough. I understand that payment platforms have verification procedures.
So I provided the documents they requested.
I was then told that the process would take 1–3 business days.
Fast forward to today.
Almost a week has passed, and I still don't have access to MY OWN MONEY.
But here's where it gets ridiculous.
I've tried contacting their support through both live chat and email.
And every single time, I'm met with what appears to be the same AI-generated responses.
"I understand your frustration..."
But no actual solution. No clear explanation. No human being willing to take responsibility for the situation.
And apparently, I can't even get transferred to a real support agent.
How is that acceptable for a company handling people's money?
We're not talking about a delayed package or a software bug.
We're talking about money that businesses depend on to operate.
Cash flow matters. Bills don't stop coming because a payment processor decides to hold your funds.
I have absolutely no problem complying with legitimate verification requirements.
What I have a problem with is being promised a timeframe, providing everything requested, and then being left in the dark with an AI chatbot repeating the same useless answers.
If a company can hold your money, it should at least have a real human available to explain WHY and WHEN it will be released.
@whop, I don't need another automated apology.
I need three things:
A real human to review my case.
A clear explanation of why my funds are still being held.
An actual date when my money will be released.
Is that really too much to ask from a payment platform?

The founder of Uber texted our client at 2am after their launch.
General Atlantic and KKR reached out.
An investor wired money from a DM. They still haven't talked.
100+ customers booked calls for a B2B infra fintech.
Here's what @Moneymamba & @mustafabillion said about launching with launchvideo.com:
BOYZ, imagine your launch doing so well that Uber's founder is texting you at 2 AM.
And that's not even the craziest part.
Fin.com pulled 5M+ views AND 100+ inbound B2B inquiries from their launch with launchvideo.com.
Most companies spend thousands of $$ trying to go viral.
These guys turned VIRALITY into PIPELINE.
That's the difference between getting attention and actually generating business.
What a TIME to be alive man ...

Here's what @Moneymamba & @mustafabillion said about launching with launchvideo.com:
I've found that one of the BEST ways to stay productive is to give myself half a day, or even a FULL day, completely OFF Sales & Business.
Just let my brain wander and do its unconscious thinking.
That's usually when my best ideas come lol
But during the week?
I treat myself almost like an animal.
HUNT & REWARD.
I don't grind 16 hours a day just to accomplish absolutely NOTHING.
Instead, I break my work into smaller tasks and reward myself after completing them.
Because I've realized something about how my brain works.
PAIN & REWARD.
Too much PAIN, and you'll eventually burn out.
Too much REWARD, and you'll struggle to accomplish anything meaningful.
The trick is finding the balance.
And I've slowly learned how to use that balance to my advantage.
To the point where WORKING actually feels GOOD.
Not because I'm forcing myself to be disciplined 24/7.
But because I've made the process itself rewarding.
TRY it for a weed and let me know !
One thing Sales taught me is that you can spend HOURS preparing for something that takes 30 seconds to execute
Perfecting your pitch.
Researching prospects.
Rewriting your Cold Emails.
And then you realize you haven’t actually contacted ANYONE 😂
At some point, preparation becomes procrastination.
You don’t need another Sales hack.
You need to start SELLING.
RETARDMAXXING ONLY
One thing I've learned about Cold Email that I want to share with you guys.
Make it STUPIDLY EASY for prospects to reply.
I'm serious
I see people writing decent Cold Emails and then ending with:
"Would you be available for a 30-minute call next Tuesday to discuss how we can help?"
Brother, they don't even KNOW YOU yet 😂
You're asking for 30 minutes of someone's time before they've shown any interest.
Instead, try asking a SIMPLE question related to the problem you're solving.
Something they can answer in 5 seconds.
The goal of your first Cold Email isn't necessarily to book a meeting.
It's to START a conversation.
And sometimes getting a simple "Yes, we're struggling with that" is worth WAY more than pushing for a calendar invite nobody wants.
I don't know what do you think about that BOYZ ?

Cold Calling and Cold Email are literally the SAME thing lol
You can have the PERFECT Cold Calling pitch.
But if nobody picks up the phone?
ZERO meetings.
Same with Cold Email.
You can spend HOURS perfecting your copy.
But if your deliverability is SHIT and you’re landing in spam?
Nobody’s reading it 😂
That’s why I find it funny when people obsess over copywriting while ignoring deliverability.
Brother, your copy means NOTHING if nobody sees it.
Get in front of the RIGHT people FIRST.
Then worry about converting them.
