@Deliveroo / @DeliverooHelp Please update you app so your not lying to customers. I’d order from FiveGuys in Crawley whilst charging my car, order placed at 13:19, delivery time kept going back, 14:00, 14:10, 14:20… for the whole time the app said the driver was waiting at 1/2

FG, I called FG and no driver was waiting there. I then went to FG to collect my own order, despite you delivery service, I’ve since spoken you your support team who have offered me a £5 credit on a £50 order. Absolutely piss poor. - Why can’t I have a full refund?
