The Astros are hiring Clayton Thompson as an assistant director of player development, source tells @TheAthletic. Thompson, a former Driveline employee, worked in the Dodgers organization for the past three years, most recently as their coordinator of integrated performance.

It's really common to lose bat speed throughout the season, but huge to see the attack angle in a better place - Both getting into and staying in ideal ranges for a longer period of time.
Example of an in season adjustment that can set you up to make big progress throughout the offseason.

This video made me test Argon on some sample pitching video. using this skeleton design, I think we are still too far and blurry to use Argon. Higher quality captures may be the solution because frames 45 and 112 show promise
