Orange juice and Glutamine in the morning. Pomegranate juice and glycine in the evening. Minerals spread throughout the day. Activated charcoal before bed.
Aka the "why do I feel so good all the time" stack

ADHD isn't a disorder, its a genetic type. One that made hunting & gathering second nature, but makes domestic life feel like slow motion hell

I started training in Jiu Jitsu 6 months ago.
At 45 years old, my only regret is that I didn’t start much sooner.
If you’ve been contemplating trying jiu jitsu but are hesitant due to age, don’t be.
It’s more fun and rewarding than can be explained in words.

We used to laugh at tribes that thought that cameras stole your soul
but turns out they were totally right. One little taste of fame and you can see the soul be totally transformed.
"influencers" aren't an industry, they're just ppl hooked on the most addictive drug imaginable.

If you meet a public person, resist the urge to get the Joe Rogan Experience picture and post it to social media. Let the encounter be sacred. It's real even if nobody else knows. In fact, resisting the performative urge might allow it to remain the MOST real.

You should work way harder until you get to a point to work smarter. Max momentum yields the greatest results. The results only happen from effort and trials. Some of the most successful people I know wake up early everyday and work their maximum output daily.

It's a fallacy that people change due to "ideas"—as if you just need to get the right book into someone's hands, the right "mental model", and viola! The change starts to happen.
Change is the result of a process, and an idea is only one small part of that process.
In an electronic age, in which everything is connected and can practically be present to us all at one time—when we see thousands of ideas in our feed in the course of a single day—the idea is even less important than it was 50 or 100 years ago; and the processes are even more important.
Many understand the power of ideas; few understand the power of processes, and the mechanisms by which change actually happens.

It took me a while to realize that a lot of the uncertainty I faced was simply a front for risk & pain avoidance.
I knew what needed to be done. The work was right in front of me. I just told myself things were complex and uncertain—which conveniently let me procrastinate.

I have spent the last 3 months getting comfortable with not being at 100%
Forcing myself to perform while sick, sleep-deprived, foggy etc.
The neuroticism that comes with chasing optimization outweighs the marginal benefits of actually being at your best

I hate the phrase "live your inner truth." No, live in such a way that you are in contact with reality, responding to objective values in the world, and your inner truth eventually correspondents to the outer truth—to reality.
