Palmer red card is a fitting end to this Chelsea performance. Thoroughly outclassed. Spurs impressive again. RDZ has got them playing some really good stuff.

Look, there are a lot of terrible things about Twitter. Then on the flip side, the replies and quotes of this…

Such a strange career path. Great role player. High AAV deal with Indy. Never really settled since.
The New York Knicks are waiving Bruce Brown, sources tell ESPN. James Wiseman is set to make the Knicks regular season roster as a reserve center.

I don’t really know how a leftist baseball fan can square being pro salary cap while it is expressly anti-worker

A bit confused by some of the commentary on this match. Both teams were trying to get an opponent sent off — not sure why Chelsea’s complaints were highlighted.

Anyone believing Man Utd’s results & performances this season are down to the fact they haven’t got a back up left back & another striker are deluded.
No squad is perfect & has two top players for every position, especially one that’s underperformed & missed out on CL as much as Man Utd. Rashford/Cunha/Zirkzee/Mbeumo are better options than Man City have. City have a midfielder as 1st choice RB & the Lewis role is Dorgu at MU.

I don’t think I can take in all the nonsense about the Dodgers being ‘good for baseball’. Teams like the Brewers succeeding is great for the sport. I am generally against a salary cap, but I also think something needs to be done about how the Dodgers have spent.

Conclusions from these playoffs are generally too simplistic, too. It’s not that spending like LAD guarantees success. It just removes the margin for error — their depth in every area of the team is largely down to the size of the payroll.

It means they can keep their stable of aces fresh for the playoffs. Diaz and Tucker flopping the in regular season should hurt a team — it barely made a difference!

Yeah, this so deeply flawed Dodgers roster.
It’s been a good run. Not saying he had a perfect roster to work with, but I think it’s time the Dodgers move on from Dave Roberts. If he does have control over lineup & relief decisions, really bad choices this series.

I can’t believe I’m seeing so many people defend these comments. He’s just openly saying his teammates aren’t good enough — how is that good? This United squad isn’t great, but this feels like someone playing up to the fans.
Lisandro Martínez did NOT hold back after United's loss to Atletico 😬👀

I just don’t see what saying this achieves. It’s a strop after another poor performance.

On this, I’m now seeing people deny that Mbeumo and Cunha are strikers. Extraordinary stuff.

Yeah, I’m sure it’ll go down well with fans on social media that are shouting about ownership and spending. But they have spent. This squad is better than it’s performed so far this season.

Successful betting weekend — Bridgeman places, Min Woo top 10, and my NFL fourfold landed.

We have an access and accountability problem in English football. The manager has to answer for everything. Executives nothing. Appeal lodged. Process ongoing. But they hide. If modern managers are paid so much it is also because they shoulder the cowardice of their bosses
The ideal would have been to ask questions to a club chief but Maresca took every question about the PL verdict and there was no attempt to shut down questions - just kept repeating he trusts the club and the appeal. Analysis after the news conference

We won’t get a more surprising win than that this season. Bleak for Dallas.
