The only defender I've been really impressed with this season in Ligue 1 is Gabriel from Lille. Brazilian center back, tall and powerful, still young. Could he be the one?

Evanilson what a goal! United are all over the place.

Wonder who United appoint now to replace Carrick. Who's available? Could be Pochettino maybe? Thomas Frank? Eddie Howe?

Really want us to beat Liverpool. We always struggle at Anfield, have to change that.

Gyökeres is very limited and clumsy but I actually thought our attack looked better with him up front today. He causes havoc and creates space for those around him. Just need him to score goals again now.

This is actually a good result for us. Chelsea already 8 points behind.

Zubimendi looked like he had a broken nose btw.

Saw him holding onto his back (I think) 2 minutes after coming on and was wondering what he was doing.

Team v Fleetwood: Kepa-White,Mosquera,Hincapie,Lewis Skelly-Zubimendi,Guimaraes-Dowman,Merino,Eze-Gyökeres.

Solid win. Untroubled. Total control. Gabriel with a monumental performance. Ødegaard brilliant. Hopefully Tzolis is back soon but Eze was decent.

Gabrieeeeeeeeeel. Lovely move.

Dowman and Bruno need to come on.

We definitely need a new striker asap.

Pretty good first half but we should be 3-0 up. Attack actually looks much better, we're playing with intent, but final ball or finishing not good enough. Ødegaard instrumental.

Ben White what the fuck was that???

Lewis-Skelly needs to wake up.

Don't we have a spare shirt for Gyökeres?

Seeing those spare seats at the Emirates when so many people struggle to get tickets makes me extremely angry.

Konsaaaaaaaa

Awful weather. Will probably be better for Everton.

Would have started Zubimendi rather than Merino but other than that team is what I was expecting.
