This is not a knock on any other program, but was reminded again today that the development in our program of our players is the best around. And we do it the right way. Proud of our players and our staff. #EaglePride 🦅🏈

This week started 2nd lift program cycle after a deload week.
I additionally got ACL testing done at UNC— testing my force output in both legs, surgical v. non-surgical, I will release results later this week when I get them.
