Where are those Seyi Vibez haters? When he dropped Chance, they called him a hit-maker with a local sound. When he dropped Different Pattern, they said that was the only song that made sense after his old Afro Adura sound. Now he dropped Back 2 U and GTA and they say "I don't like Seyi Vibez but I like Back 2 U" — hypocrites! You go still cry fire because Seyi Vibez is going higher. Numbers don't lie, say what you like, he's one of the biggest artists in Nigeria right now and showing no sign of weakness !😭🔥👏🏾

Take s*x out of the equation when dealing with women. You’ll be more likely to see them as people first, understand them better, and build more genuine connections.

Growing up you may have used to go to your neighbor’s houses just to watch TV. Just having a television in your home was a big flex too. Now you have your own TV in your house and you barely watch it.

⛏️ GHANA IS LOOKING BEYOND GOLD 🇬🇭 Ghana is seeking fresh investment in manganese, iron and steel as it looks to expand its mining industry beyond gold. A Chinese investment delegation has expressed interest in opportunities across the sector, including a possible equity stake in Adamus Resources. Meanwhile, Asanko Gold Ghana has outlined plans for open-pit expansion and underground mining. The bigger opportunity here is value addition. Ghana has mineral resources, but the real economic gains come when more processing, industrial activity and skilled jobs are created locally. Attracting investors is one thing. Turning that interest into actual projects, local industries and jobs is where the real test begins. Can Ghana finally move beyond exporting raw minerals and build a stronger mineral-processing industry at home? 🇬🇭 #Ghana #Mining #CriticalMinerals

I finished the third interview on a Thursday. On Friday, HR asked me to prepare a fifteen-minute presentation on strategy and a 90-day plan. Nothing polished. I’d already sent them a case study and completed a take-home. I wrote back: I’ve already invested more than ten hours. I’m withdrawing. They later posted about it. The top comment said I’d done the right thing, that they took too long to hire me. I never replied. I'd already accepted an offer from a company that only asked for two calls.

Our company hired a new HR director who immediately changed the way promotions were handled. No more private recommendations. No more promotions based on who was close to management. Everyone had to submit evidence of their achievements. My colleague, Peter, hated the new system. He had been promised a promotion by our former HR manager, and he believed the position belonged to him. When the results came out, a quiet woman from the accounting department got the job. Peter was furious. Peter: “She barely speaks in meetings. How can she lead people?”

THE PRISONERS LITERALLY BUILT MULTIPLE TUNNELS ("TOM," "DICK," AND "HARRY") AT THE SAME TIME AND USED SLEDS AND POUNDING RHYTHMS TO HIDE THE NOISE FROM NAZI PATROLS! COORDINATING AN ESCAPE ARMY RIGHT UNDER THE WARDEN'S NOSE IS UNHINGED GENIUS ENERGY!

THE TRUTH ABOUT MANAGING NIGERIAN ARTISANS ON SITE! If you have never managed Nigerian artisans on a construction site, let me tell you something: your technical knowledge will be tested, but your patience and leadership skills may be tested even more! Over the years, working in construction has taught me that managing artisans is not just about giving instructions. It is about understanding people, communicating clearly, enforcing standards, and knowing how to get the best out of different personalities. Let me paint a familiar picture. You arrive on site early in the morning with your day's work already planned. The carpenters are supposed to complete the formwork, the steel fixers are expected to finish reinforcement, and the masons have another task waiting. You gather the workers, explain the activities, and everybody agrees. By 10 a.m., you discover that one team is waiting for another. Somebody says the materials are insufficient. Another person insists that the previous day's agreement was different. Before you know it, the day's programme is already under pressure! As a site engineer, what do you do? This is where experience matters. First, never assume that giving an instruction means the instruction has been understood. Explain the work clearly, confirm the measurements, show the relevant drawings, and make sure the foreman understands the expected result. Second, respect the artisans and their skills. A good carpenter, mason, welder, or steel fixer has practical knowledge that can contribute significantly to the success of a project. You do not need to insult people to demonstrate authority. However, respect must never mean accepting poor workmanship. If reinforcement spacing is incorrect, formwork is out of alignment, or blockwork is not following the approved setting-out, the issue must be addressed before it creates a bigger problem. Third, set clear expectations. Workers should understand the scope of their assignment, the required quality, the deadline, and the safety procedures. Where possible, agree on realistic daily targets and inspect progress throughout the day. Fourth, learn to manage disagreements professionally. Construction sites bring together people with different temperaments, experiences, and working habits. Shouting every morning may create fear, but it does not necessarily create commitment. And here is something important: do not blame artisans for every delay. Sometimes, the real problem is poor planning, late material delivery, delayed payment, inadequate tools, or unclear instructions from management. A good supervisor investigates before assigning blame. Finally, be firm about safety. No deadline is worth a serious injury, and no worker should be encouraged to take dangerous shortcuts to impress a supervisor. My biggest lesson is this: you can have the best drawings and the best materials, but if you cannot coordinate the people doing the work, your project will struggle. A good construction leader knows when to listen, when to teach, when to correct, and when to stand firm. QUESTION OF THE DAY: For those who have worked on Nigerian construction sites, what is the biggest challenge you face when managing artisans: lateness, workmanship, communication, payment disputes, or failure to follow instructions? Let's hear your experiences in the comments. #ConstructionLife #CivilEngineering #SiteEngineer #NigerianArtisans #ConstructionManagement

Good morning Traders📈☀️ Most traders pay the full price for a prop firm challenge before they even know if they’ll pass. @atlasfunded is doing things differently. With their Access Challenge, you can start for just $5, attempt the challenge with no time limits, and only pay the remaining fee if you pass. You can access challenges for accounts up to $200K without committing to the full fee upfront. If you fail, you lose just the $5 entry fee. That’s a much lower upfront commitment to attempt a challenge. Check out the Access Challenge and see if it fits your trading style👇 app.atlasfunded.com/?afmc=JE…
Trader to Trader: One profitable week doesn’t make you a good trader, and one losing week doesn’t make you a bad one. Focus on getting better at what you do, The results will speak eventually.
