A traveled to the top of a Volcano in Hawaii to capture this: Saturn briefly covered by the moon. One of the most difficult shots I’ve captured and a bucket list moment, this event gave me a new perspective on the solar system.
I’ll have it available in print for a short time.

A delivery startup that “won” home delivery in the Netherlands is called Picnic.
They deliver within a half-hour slot. Need to order days ahead. You need to apply on a waitlist & wait until spots free up.
It is the most reliable option. Their trucks: picnic.app
So I guess my choice [editor's note: admit, it's just laziness] to not upgrade to macOS 14 yet comes with some advantages... Be advised that macOS 14.4 on Apple silicon may lead to crashes in your Java applications!
Java users on macOS 14 running on Apple silicon systems should consider delaying the update to macOS 14.4. For further information: social.ora.cl/6018kbMIo
Come and learn how Picnic evolves its warehouse systems architecture to keep up with our growth and increasing degree of robotization!
We have a couple of seats left for the @isaqb NL meetup in Utrecht next Tuesday (next to central station). Join a community of software architects to learn about the architectures that drive the warehouses of Kramp and Picnic Technologies!

My @GOTOcon Amsterdam talk from last June has just been published, hope you like it!
#Software development is more than writing good code. It's a craft combining art and engineering. But what does this tell us about learning and growing as devs?
According to @Sander_Mak your obsession with software tools may cloud what it's really about

Very nice surprise coming back from my holiday. Always great to be at @Devoxx!

Are software engineers real engineers? Intriguing question posed by @Sander_Mak at #GOTOams, faintly echoing @davefarley77. How much art is involved in our trade?
On my way to @DevoxxPL with a bit of delay. Looking forward to talking about the Art of Software Development tomorrow morning! devoxx.pl/talk-details/?id=1…

Most devs know about using static analysis to spot bugs in code. What if you could fix them? And not just for bug patterns but for any #coding pattern?
