🚨 Ethereum Hits 4-Month High in Exchange Outflows, Traders Watch $2,400
🏦 Ethereum just saw roughly 169,770 $ETH leave exchanges on net, its largest outflow day in over four months. Fewer coins sitting on exchanges generally means less immediately available supply for sellers to unload.
📈 The comparison to June 5th is especially interesting. That day saw roughly 223,800 ETH in net outflows just as ETH hit its lowest price since April 2025, ultimately marking an exceptional local buy point as price quickly recovered.
🎯 History does not guarantee October’s spike marks another bottom, but the setup is bullish. $2,400 is the immediate pivot, a sustained reclaim of $2,500 would strengthen the bottoming case, while losing roughly $2,330 would weaken it. If large outflows continue while ETH holds these levels, supply dynamics increasingly favor buyers.

Whales are building $ETH longs, according to @0xsweep.
3 of 5 traders didn’t buy it — but with ETH still moving sideways, nobody’s gone far either way (so far).

🚨 UNI Wallet Creation Has Exploded To Highest Since 2022
🌱 Uniswap has created 2,295 new UNI wallets in one day, its highest network growth since November 2022. Fresh v4 features, expanded liquidity routing and continued Unichain development are giving new users more reasons to interact with the ecosystem.
📈 Network growth measures new addresses interacting with UNI for the first time, so a four-year high signals a major influx of fresh participation. If wallet creation stays elevated instead of immediately collapsing, UNI’s recent $7 area has a high likelihood of becoming a stronger base for another expansion.
🎯 $7.00 is the key downside level, while $7.50 is the first meaningful reclaim to watch. Holding $7 while network growth remains above its recent baseline would favor another test of $8, while losing $7 alongside fading wallet creation would suggest the spike was mostly short-term excitement rather than sustained adoption.

$PEPE’s exchange data split this week’s rally into two phases.
📊 On Oct 16, $PEPE supply on exchanges fell by 4.77T coins (down 6%), its largest one-day drop since at least Oct 2.
🐋 That day carried 15 transfers above $1M and ~$20M in net exchange outflows, with outflows running about 8x their Oct 11 to 15 average.
📈 $PEPE then rose ~13% from its Oct 17 close to its Oct 22 close, while $BTC and $ETH finished that span roughly flat.
🔀 From Oct 19 to 22, exchange supply climbed back by 2.11T, with net inflows on Oct 20, 21 and 22.
Exchanges have taken back the equivalent of over 40% of what left on Oct 16.

$ICP is taking heat over adoption, with rival communities mocking its usage. Our on-chain data gives both sides something.
📈 Median daily active addresses rose ~35%, from 2,838 (Jul 24 to Aug 22) to 3,860 (Sep 22 to Oct 21).
🆕 New addresses grew faster, with the daily median up ~45%, from 481 to 710 over the same windows.
📊 The October highs are spiky. Oct 14 and Oct 21 each topped 7,400, while 16 of the month’s 21 days landed between 3,100 and 4,300.
🧭 Zoom out and the scale looks different: the peak week of early November 2025 averaged ~9,500 active addresses, roughly double the latest weekly readings.
Activity has climbed off its summer low and now sits back near its Q1 range.

🚨 XRP Holder Count Hits Record As Network Growth Accelerates
📈 XRP Ledger now has a record 8.24M non-empty wallets, extending a steady climb that has continued through months of price volatility. Holder growth is still moving higher with $XRP trading near $1.36.
🌱 Network growth also jumped to 4,772 new wallets in one day, the fifth-largest spike since March. Fresh participation is accelerating again, which strengthens the bullish case if price continues confirming the increase in users.
🎯 $1.40 is the first level to watch. A sustained move above it while network growth stays near or above 4K daily wallets would mean a quick return to $1.50 is more than plausible. If XRP loses $1.30 while new-wallet creation falls back below roughly 3K, the adoption signal would be less convincing in the short term.
