Late #NHS1000miles post as on way back from a sunny pm at @glyndebourne. Lovely time in Suffolk Thurs after scattering father in laws ashes. A CYP workshop and 2 CVD conferences curtailed much exercise so only 23 miles added but good reminder as to why exercise so important – at Lambeth, London

Overall 47 #NHS1000miles this week and 24 of these were running. Today completed the Lausanne Half Marathon and got rewarded for enduring horrible weather by receiving a beautiful medal. Switzerland is a beautiful country
