Looks like @Sen_JoeManchin and @lisamurkowski are working on a #BipartisanClimate bill. We're all for it, provided the provisions can achieve the US commitment to 50% emissions reductions by 2030. A #PriceOnCarbon could help with that.

The term "moderate" re climate is a BIG framing problem.
