You really have to see Caleb Wilson in person to understand how athletic he is. It shows on TV but you gotta see it in person. How he flies around the court…and how he gallops on the fast break
Teams love overvaluing players then when the value is no longer there, beg teams to overvalue the player like they did lol
The Pelicans are open to trading Herb Jones, who is averaging just 3 points in 17 minutes per game, per @FearTheBrown
New Orleans is reportedly asking for two first-round picks in return.
“League sources say the Pelicans have held firm at an asking price near two first-round picks, though no team has met that figure. Many in the league believe Jones' value will continue to go down if his minutes continue to be sporadic. Jones' contract is also slated to jump next year from $14.9 million to $20.8 million. Nevertheless, several playoff teams view Jones as a valuable cultural and basketball fit.”

Man I still be in YouTube comments from videos that been up for 15 years lmao. I don’t be arguing though..just saying funny stuff
Community notes on plays like this is a slippery slope. Idk that I’ve ever seen them use a community note on an uncalled travel for a highlight like this. They gone be sending out a lot of community notes if this is a thing now
ROOKIE CALEB WILSON COOKED PAUL GEORGE 🤧
Shifty jab into the dunk 😯
Readers added context they thought people might want to know

The first 30 seconds of Nelly’s answer shows he has a great mature attitude about it. The fact that he paused and didn’t immediately hype himself and say yeah is refreshing compared to these other guys lol
Nelly taps into who dominated hip-hop during a particular era and reflects on the moment he felt like he had ARRIVED! 🔥 Although he doesn't proclaim himself as the one who ran the game, his wife, @ashanti, has his back! 👀💯

Lmao this is a great illustration of what the country is going through rn
And why it’s ridiculous to immediately panic when you see a veteran player on the practice injury report on a Wednesday
I continue to pound the drum about pace. I predict this is something the NBA will eventually address and people will say they should’ve done it well before. There are some small things the NBA could do to slow down the increase in pace just a bit
Re: NBA Injuries: 1) pace and space era is more taxing on the body. 2) More guys are playing and decelerating off of one foot/leg. A ton more single leg actions than in previous eras. 3) Kids playing 1 sport year around for a decade before they hit the league. Specialization kills. Especially when kids aren’t preparing themselves for that type of load through strength and resistance training, physical therapy + biomechanic analysis, and using proper equipment.
