Scanwork started as one HTML file. Landing page, login, dashboard: all in index.html. Then I had 10 copies of it, and every fix meant 10 edits. I kept missing one. Now one source file and a build script make about 40 pages, English and Estonian. Did you start like this too?

Same flyer, printed twice. One on the gym noticeboard, one on the café counter. Each with its own QR code. A week later you don't have to guess which spot worked. The scan counts tell you. Where do your flyers usually end up?

How many of these 6 QR codes will scan? Same link, same size, same logo. Only the colors change. Guess before you read the replies.

120 invitations already sent. Then the venue changed. The card never printed the address. Just a QR: "scan for venue & directions." Change where the code points. Same card, new directions. Zero reprints.

Your shop door sticker on a normal day vs. the day you're home sick. Same sticker. You changed what it says from your phone, in bed. People scanning it don't get old hours or a dead page. They get "Closed today, back tomorrow at 9."

5 checks before you print a QR code: 1. At least 2 cm wide (width ≥ distance ÷ 10) 2. Dark code, light background 3. Blank margin around it 4. Test the proof on two phones 5. Use a link you can change after printing Which one do people skip most?

Rule of thumb for printing a QR code: make it at least 1/10 of the distance people scan it from. Table card, 30 cm away → 3 cm Poster, 2 m away → 20 cm Shop window, 5 m away → 50 cm Which one do you see done wrong the most?

Pause. Scan this. Where it goes is my choice. Tomorrow I can point it somewhere else, and the code stays exactly the same. That's the whole product.

Want more Google reviews? Put the QR where people wait: - at the till - on the table - on the receipt - by the door Phone's already out. They have a minute. Where does yours sit right now?

The gig is over. The posters stay up for weeks, still selling tickets to a show that already happened. Change the link the next morning: photos from the night and the next date. Same posters.
